  4. Shipping Policy. We deliver of a select range of building materials within Melbourne Metropolitan Areas, considered on a case-by-case basis.  No shipping or purchases offered to any locations outside of Australia.
  5. The total price of goods or services, inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges, is displayed and confirmed at the time of each transaction on this website. Where shipping is selected, the full shipping cost will be calculated and included in the total amount payable at checkout.
  6. All transactions are conducted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout for destinations within our delivery network. Customers may also opt for free in-store collection as an alternative to shipping.
  7. Customer Service Policy
    Renovators Paradise aims to fulfil Melbourne Metropolitan deliveries (within 150 km of our business location) within 14 days of purchase, as a general rule.
    Delays to Renovators Paradise Deliveries occur under these scenarios:

    • Client is unable to provide a future delivery time frame due to a variety of individual considerations
    • Products included in the sale that require custom modifications by Renovators Paradise or new manufactured products are estimated to be completed within 7-21 Days. Delivery then can then occur within 2-14 days afterwards.
    • Client is considering purchasing additional products to include in the delivery.
    • There is a variety of scenarios that can present a delay with transactions.
  8. Customer service policies, including usual delivery timeframes (and the process if you cannot fulfil the order for any reason). You must inform your customers within 2 business days if the goods are not available.
  9. Wherever you present payment options, display images of card scheme logos that we supply you (only approved eftpos, Mastercard®, Visa, American Express®, JCB, Diners and UnionPay logos should be used on your websites. Contact our Merchant Helpdesk for logo specification guides);
  10. Refund Return Policy.

    Please consider your purchase(s) carefully in consideration to the variable nature of second hand recycled products. 
    Purchases are rarely eligible for a refund and are considered in reference to Australian Consumer Law. (www.accc.gov.au)
    If you have concerns buying our products sight unseen, then we recommend you visit our showroom in Keysborough and review the
    item(s) in person.

    If visiting our store is not an option then you proceed on the understanding, we provide an outstanding unique range of building products that have been hand-picked, individually processed and reviewed by skilled personal and presented on our website with extensive information and supporting product images BUT we can’t provide every detail or highlight all defects of our products.

    It’s a monumental endeavour to process thousands of individual Recycled Building materials. 
    Our Extensive range of Unique Goods and Services are not offered by anyone else or any other business.

  12. Security Capabilities & Policy for Transmission of Payment Card Details. All online transactions are processed using a secure, PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant payment gateway. Customer payment card details are transmitted securely using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, ensuring that all sensitive data is protected during transmission. We do not store full credit card details on our servers. Payments are processed by Westpac, a trusted and certified payment processor. This approach ensures your payment information remains safe and confidential at all times.
